Kit Matlick

Kit Matlick, MBA PMP, currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain Operations for Apparel & Licensing at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where responsibilities include establishing and enhancing supply chain operations and overseeing procurement to delivery processes globally. Prior to this role, Matlick was a Senior Fulfillment Manager at Boardriders, leading global supply chain operations and optimizing workflows through effective dashboard design and reporting structures. Earlier experience includes a pivotal role as a Project Manager at Excelaron LLC, managing a key land use project and coordinating a multidisciplinary team through the CEQA permitting process. Matlick also held internships at REC Solar and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Education includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
