Fabian Hernandez's work experience includes being the Director of Plant Operations at Harlingen Medical Center since 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Rio Grande Regional Hospital as the Plant Operations Manager/Sustainability Coordinator from 2013 to 2015. Fabian also served as the Engineering Assistant Director at Knapp Medical Center from 2006 to 2013. Fabian began their career as a Maintenance Technician at UHS from 2000 to 2006 and as a Building Manager at the Houston Museum of Natural Science from 1994 to 2000. Fabian started their professional journey as a Maintenance Technician at Westin Hotels & Resorts from 1988 to 1994.
