Previously, Ninfa M. held the role of Performance Improvement Manager, focusing on organization-wide initiatives. Experience also includes a Case Manager role at Insight Global, where coordination of care for unaccompanied minors was prioritized, and an Accreditation Coordinator position at UHS, emphasizing regulatory readiness.
