Julia Watson-Clarke

Julia Watson-Clarke has extensive experience in software engineering and client management, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Harlow Council since October 2015. In addition to this role, Julia has been involved in teaching British Sign Language (BSL) courses at Simply Signed BSL Training Courses since January 2020. Prior to these positions, Julia worked as a Senior Client Account Manager at Creative Learning Systems Ltd from April 2012 to October 2015 and held the role of Technical HR Officer at Harlow Council from March 2006 to July 2013.
