Barrett Defay

Barrett DeFay has extensive work experience in the casino and hospitality industry. Barrett has held the position of Director of Marketing at various casinos, including Harlow's Casino Resort, Magnolia Bluffs Casino, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City, WinnaVegas Casino Resort, Northern Waters Casino Resort, Apache Casino Hotel, First Council Casino & Hotel, and Blue Lake Casino & Hotel. In these roles, Barrett has been responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing and overhauling promotional strategies, managing outside agencies, and expanding player development programs. Barrett has also successfully increased revenues and market share in competitive markets. Barrett has a strong track record of achieving profitable and engaging promotions and maintaining compliance with corporate brand standards.

Barrett DeFay attended the University of North Dakota from 1986 to 1987, where they pursued General studies without completing a specific degree. Subsequently, from 1988 to 1991, they attended Minnesota State University Moorhead and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications.
