Jennica Graham

Jennica Graham currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Harmac Pacific, having previously worked as a Trades Program Coordinator at Vancouver Island University, focusing on Women in Trades and Indigenous People in Trades Training programs. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Knappett Industries, where Jennica managed employee lifecycle processes, and Vice President of the Ladysmith Resources Centre Association, actively participating in affordable housing initiatives. Jennica has also held positions in job development within the Vancouver Island Construction Association, as well as freelance writing and teaching roles. Academic qualifications include a Human Resources Management degree from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Education from Trinity Western University.
