Alex Greene

Director, Customer Quality

Alex Greene is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality and customer service management. Currently serving as Director of Customer Quality at HARMAN International since May 2019, Alex previously held the role of Global Director of Product Quality at A123 Systems, where leadership encompassed advanced quality, manufacturing quality, and customer service operations worldwide. Prior to that, Alex managed customer service operations for North America and the Far East at HARMAN International and held positions at TRW Automotive, contributing to warranty management. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University, earned between 1989 and 1994.
