Delani Klein-Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and analytics. Currently serving as Manager of the Voice of Customer & Analytics at HARMAN International, Delani oversees the Global Voice of Customer Program and utilizes various analytics tools. Previous roles include a Business Analyst at SoCalGas, where Delani led reporting planning for the Renewable Natural Gas Program and developed operational dashboards using Power BI. Throughout various roles, Delani has demonstrated strong capabilities in data governance, user acceptance testing, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Delani holds a degree in Managerial Economics with a minor in Communication from the University of California, Davis, and has completed additional business courses at UCLA Extension.
