Josmon Paul

Josmon Paul is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software and firmware development, particularly within the automotive and consumer electronics sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at HARMAN International since July 2013, Josmon has held multiple roles, including Principal Engineer and Software Engineering Manager, focusing on Linux device drivers and integration of various protocols, such as Apple’s iAP1/iAP2. Prior to HARMAN, Josmon contributed to middleware development for Bluetooth profiles at KPIT and was involved in innovation engineering at Tata Consultancy Services, where media and HMI frameworks for Linux IVI systems were developed. Josmon holds a Master of Technology in Embedded Systems & VLSI from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
