Laila Hanks

Laila Hanks is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Global Senior Manager for Talent Management & DEI at HARMAN International. Previous roles include Global Talent & Organizational Development Leader at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing and Global Senior Learning & Organizational Development Specialist at BorgWarner Inc., where Laila also held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
