Mario Arenas

Mario Arenas is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in hardware engineering and management roles across various prestigious companies in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as Director HW PL - Intelligent Cockpit at HARMAN International since October 2023, Mario previously held the position of Global Electrical Engineering Director at Aptiv, leading a team of over 60 electrical engineers. Prior roles include Hardware Engineering Manager at Visteon Corporation, where Mario managed a sizable engineering organization and oversaw critical hardware execution. With a robust foundation in hardware design from previous positions at HARMAN International, Intel Corporation, and Continental, Mario has consistently demonstrated expertise in product development, team leadership, and project management. Mario holds a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Tecnológico de Monterrey, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution.
