Nick Parrotta is the President of Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) and Chief Digital and Information Officer at HARMAN, a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Nick is a member of the Senior Leadership Committee (SLC) and reports to CEO Michael Mauser.

As President of DTS and CDIO, Nick is responsible for leading diverse digital talent, strategic vision, speed of innovation, and flawless execution to enable profitable growth. HARMAN's DTS (Digital Transformation Solutions) business focuses on building IP platforms, end to end customized outsourced solutions and product engineering services for .

HARMAN’s digital organizations are focused on delivering innovative solutions for employees and customers that are simpler, smarter, scalable, and secure. The organizations are reinventing connected experiences through the use of cloud, analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and ensuring digital trust.

Nick is a recognized digital thought leader who co-champions HARMAN’s Experiences Per Mile Advisory Council, serves on the Cisco Global Customer Advisory Board. Nick was recently recognized as a "Global Technology Executive Who Matters" by HMG Strategy, awarded the Drexel Lebow Top 50 Analytics and was named the winner of the New York Global CIO of the Year ORBIE Award.

Nick has established strong strategic partnerships and co-innovation with best-in-class companies including Microsoft, Amazon, Salesforce.com, Siemens, Celonis, UiPath, Snowflake, SAP, Cisco, Workday, and CrowdStrike.

Nick joined HARMAN in 2017 with over 20 years of digital leadership experience, including with General Electric Company, Kaiser Permanente, IBM, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Nick is a strong ally and supporter in all areas of diversity and inclusion and was recognized in 2020 and 2021 as one of the Nation’s Top 50 CIO/CTO by the National Diversity Council.

Nick earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, N.Y.​
