Saundra Dilley, APTD, C-MDI, has over a decade of experience in learning and development and operational management. Currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at HARMAN International since March 2016, Saundra has progressed through various roles including Senior Learning and Development Specialist and Learning and Development Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as Sales Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at i3Logic: The Performance Agency, where responsibilities encompassed CRM administration, onboarding, technical writing, and marketing management. Earlier roles at Fox Run Village involved managing general services and marketing, honing skills in resident support and data management. Saundra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, Marketing, and Japanese from Eastern Michigan University and has furthered education through multiple institutions including the Japan Center for Michigan Universities.
