Scott Dodge

Scott Dodge has extensive experience in quality engineering and management, particularly in the automotive and electronics sectors. Currently serving as Principal Engineer for Supplier Quality Development at HARMAN International since July 2015, Scott oversees product quality with the electronics supply base and implements effective problem-solving strategies. Previously, Scott held roles such as Supplier Quality Manager and Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer at Magna International and worked as an Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, demonstrating a consistent focus on quality planning and issue resolution. Early career experiences include positions at General Motors and Jabil, where Scott developed suppliers and managed advanced manufacturing processes. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of Michigan and an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baker College.
