Sonja Roque, M.S. Ed., is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as Senior Manager for Global Learning & Development at HARMAN International since March 2020, where responsibility includes overseeing the Leadership Academy at HARMAN University. Prior experience includes roles as Diversity & Inclusion Manager and Senior Trainer at GM Financial, Assistant Vice President and Training Officer II at JPMorgan Chase, and Senior Training Specialist at Saxon Mortgage, a Morgan Stanley Company. Sonja holds a Master of Science in Education focused on Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Paul Quinn College, complemented by further education at The University of Texas at Austin.
