Stefan Ciprian CIOBOTARU is a seasoned professional in engineering management and test automation, currently serving as Manager of Test Automation at HARMAN International since July 2017, where responsibilities include managing teams of over 20 engineers, overseeing resource planning, and coordinating activities to ensure adherence to A-SPICE Level 3 processes. Previously, Stefan held the positions of Team Lead in SW Integration & Test Automation and QA Domain Test Automation Engineer at HARMAN International, contributing to quality assurance and the integration of software updates for Toyota Infotainment Systems. Prior experience includes working at Luxoft Romania as a QA System Test Automation Engineer and at Renault Technologie Roumanie as a Software QA Test Engineer, focusing on critical software testing for automotive systems. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Information Technology from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași.
