Previously, Thaís held leadership roles at organizations such as Grupo RBS and Tecnosinos, and they have received numerous awards for excellence in public innovation. With proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Thaís excels in fast-paced environments while navigating multiple projects and teams. Thaís holds a degree in Journalism from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from Universidad de Belgrano.
