Nazar Ponochevnyi

Nazar Ponochevnyi is the Founder and CEO of Harmix, where innovative technology predicting harmonious music for videos has been developed and patented. Under Nazar's leadership, a team of 18 engineers advanced music search capabilities for music businesses, achieving over 30,000 users in more than 90 countries and securing over $525,000 in investments. Nazar has represented the company at prestigious events such as TechCrunch Disrupt 2022 and Collision 2022. Additionally, a Mitacs Globalink Research Intern position at the University of Toronto involved conducting research in machine learning and human-computer interaction. Previously, as a Computer Vision Engineer at It-Jim, Nazar designed and deployed an algorithm for soccer ball juggling. Nazar's educational background includes pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Toronto, building on a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
