Santiago Edo has extensive experience as a CEO and Founder in the field of feedback intelligence and reputation management. From 2016 to 2020, they founded and led Reviewr.me, a Brazilian startup focused on managing online reviews and reputation. Santiago believed in the power of public consumer feedback to transform brand-customer relationships and improve profitability. Santiago utilized the concept of Customer Review Intelligence to extract insights from reviews and enhance online reputation, gaining a competitive advantage and turning customers into brand ambassadors. In 2020, Santiago co-founded Harmo - Feedback Intelligence, where they continue their mission to help companies transform customers into online advocates through their platform.
Santiago Edo attended Universidade da Região de Joinville from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In 1996, they then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Marketing at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
