Kandace Shortt

Kandace Shortt has had a diverse work experience. Kandace started their career at Mans Lumber in 2001, where they worked as a Customer Service & Sales representative until 2005. Kandace then joined Harmon and served as a Project Coordinator from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they worked at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. as a Management Trainee from 2009 to 2011. Kandace returned to Harmon and held various roles, including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager of the Mid-Atlantic Region, and currently serves as the Director of Operations since October 2022.

Kandace Shortt completed their education from 1990 to 2002 at Agape Christian Academy. Kandace then went on to enroll at Eastern Michigan University in 2002 and successfully attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, which they completed in 2006.
