Mike Meadows

Mike Meadows is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and sales within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Harmoni Towers since February 2024, Meadows previously held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at USA Groups from July 2020 to September 2022. Prior to that, Meadows was with Crown Castle for nearly two decades, where roles included Vice President of Service Delivery, National Sales Director, and Director of Field Sales, focusing on customer programs, contract negotiations, and sales management across multiple states. Meadows began the career at Lightyear Communications, progressing from Account Executive to Director of Sales and Market Manager, overseeing recruitment and training across new office locations. Meadows holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Kentucky.
