Anna Lam

Anna Lam serves as the Associate General Counsel at Harmonic since November 2025. Prior to this role, Anna held the position of Vice President, Legal at NETGEAR from April 2018 to October 2025, where responsibilities included managing global litigation and pre-litigation disputes involving patents and consumer class actions across various jurisdictions. Additional experience includes legal leadership roles at ShoreTel, Adobe, Turner Boyd LLP, and Howrey LLP, with a focus on products, privacy, litigation, and intellectual property. Anna Lam holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Molecular & Cell Biology with an emphasis in Neurobiology and a minor in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
