Sylvain Tacchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management in the broadcast and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Sr Director Services EMEA & APAC at Harmonic since May 2015, Sylvain manages an international team of 15 Field Service Engineers to provide top-tier services across diverse customer bases, alongside overseeing support, project delivery, and pre-sales consultancy activities. Prior to Harmonic, Sylvain held multiple roles at Sony from February 2001 to April 2015, including European Project Manager responsible for a significant renewal project for FranceTelevisions, European Product Manager focusing on broadcast solutions, and French Product Manager for news and MAM solutions. Sylvain holds a Master of Engineering degree in Network and Telecommunication from ECE, completed between 1999 and 2001.
