Amit Ray

Amit Ray serves as the Medical Director of Clinical Development & Strategy at Harmony Biosciences since September 2024. Previously, Amit held roles as a Senior Clinician Educator at the University of Chicago, a Principal Investigator at Re:Cognition Health, and the Director of Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology at NorthShore University HealthSystem between 2022 and 2024. With extensive experience as a Neurologist at Advocate Aurora Health, Amit contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor of Neurology at New York University School of Medicine and worked as an Attending Neurologist at Lutheran Medical Center. Earlier career positions included Senior Staff Neurologist at Henry Ford Health System and Consultant Neurology roles at Max Healthcare and Fortis Healthcare. Education includes an MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College and an ongoing MBA from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
