Kaylin Boschi

Kaylin Boschi is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources Operations at Harmony Biosciences since October 2021, having previously worked as a Human Resources Operations Specialist. Prior to this role, Kaylin held positions at Vanguard from September 2020 to July 2021, including Asset Transfer Specialist and Client Relationship Associate. Kaylin began the career at Angelo's Soccer Corner as a Retail Associate from August 2015 to August 2020 and also gained experience as a Workshop Assistant at Board & Brush Creative Studio between June 2019 and March 2020, as well as an Occupational Therapy Intern at Magee Rehabilitation in the summer of 2018. Kaylin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from James Madison University in 2020, participated in a Study Abroad Program in Psychology at the University of Leicester in 2019, and graduated from Conestoga Senior High School with a High School Diploma in 2016.
