Scot Steinheiser

Scot Steinheiser has over 30 years of work experience in corporate compliance, integrity, and sales roles. Scot is currently the Director of Compliance at Harmony Biosciences, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager of US Compliance at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd from April 2022 to September 2022. From October 2021 to April 2022, they worked as the Director of Corporate Compliance at Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Scot has also held the position of Senior Manager of Integrity and Compliance at Kaléo from October 2018 to October 2021. Before that, they owned SCS Compliance Group LLC from October 2012 to September 2018. Scot's earlier experience includes various roles at Astellas Pharma, such as Associate Director of Corporate Compliance, Training Manager, Executive Sales Representative, and Sr. Analyst of Business Development. Scot was with Astellas Pharma from 1992 to 2012.

Scot Steinheiser holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Western Illinois University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) in March 2019, Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) in September 2008, and Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) in June 2006.
