Michał Maćkowiak

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in blockchain and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the dynamics and reliability of the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Micha has also contributed as a board member for Share&Charge and as an advisor for various organizations, demonstrating expertise in decentralized technologies and systems design. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne, further enhanced by studies at MIT and qualifications in project management.
