Coordination

The Coordination team at Harmony Family Center is responsible for ensuring cohesive and efficient operations across all programs and services. This includes managing properties, finances, and daily operations; overseeing continuous improvement initiatives; coordinating equine programs and training sessions; advocating for educational resources; and supporting development efforts. Each member of the team plays a crucial role in facilitating seamless integration and execution of the center’s diverse array of therapeutic and support programs, ultimately contributing to the organization's mission of helping children and families affected by trauma.
