Justin Barclay

An alumnus of the program, Justin has over 16 years of experience in the addiction treatment and recovery field. Utilizing his own personal recovery and his experience in both admissions and aftercare, Justin has helped individuals and families find the right resources to support their recovery journey.

Justin has been a member of the Harmony Team since August 2014. He leads multiple dedicated work groups including Admissions, Administrative Services, and Utilization Review. These teams work collaboratively with Harmony staff, families, and professional referrals in ushering clients into treatment as well as advocating for the appropriate level of care that is needed. In addition to these teams, Justin also works collaboratively with the insurance partners in managing the In Network contracts. Lastly, Justin oversaw the implementation of the new telephone communications platform, Nextiva, within the organization and presently manages and maintains the system.
