Odirile Motlhaga

Odirile Motlhaga is an experienced professional in the field of enterprise architecture and business analysis services, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Architecture and Business Analysis Services and OT Service Delivery Head at Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited since November 2016. Previously, Odirile held various roles at Anglo American, including Specialist Reporting Systems Delivery and Global IM: Information Delivery Systems Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed solution architecture, governance, business analysis, and business intelligence platforms. Earlier experience at Anglo Platinum included serving as IM Service Delivery Manager for applications and roles such as IM Systems Analyst and IM Analyst Programmer. Odirile holds a degree in Software Development from Tshwane University of Technology and completed matric at Ngaka Maseko High School.
