Sara Stevens

Sara Stevens has extensive experience in healthcare, particularly in hospice and community relations. Currently serving as a Community Liaison at Harmony Hospice Care since October 2021, Sara has previously held positions such as Senior Community Relations Manager at Homestead Hospice and Account Liaison at Heartland Home Care & Hospice. Other noteworthy roles include Social Service Director at Providence Healthcare Management and Director of Physical Therapy at RehabCare.
