Craig Richardson

Craig Richardson is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Enterprise Sales Director at Harmonya since January 2025. Previously, Craig held the position of Account Director at Cybersyn, where responsibilities included launching a new CPG/Retail data set; however, the company ceased operations shortly after Craig's tenure began due to a strategic shift by a key investor. Prior to Cybersyn, Craig was with Numerator from May 2018 to September 2024, progressing through roles including Senior Sales Director and Team Lead for Mid Market. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Territory Account Manager at Platform9 Systems, an SDR Team Lead at Agari, and as a Technology Advisor at Xerox. Craig holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2014.
