Ian Berke

Ian Berke currently serves as Chief Data and Analytics Officer at HarmonyCares since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ian was with McKinsey & Company for a decade, most recently as Chief Data Officer for the Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) practice, overseeing a team of over 150 professionals in developing data products for healthcare consulting. Ian's expertise includes leading data management strategies, achieving Medicare Qualified Entity status, and building comprehensive data lakes. Academic experience includes research roles at Yale University, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Cornell University, and Rockefeller University, culminating in a PhD in Biochemistry from The Rockefeller University and a BS from Cornell University.
