Matthew Chance

Matthew Chance has extensive work experience in executive and leadership roles. Their most recent position was as the Chief Executive Officer at HarmonyCares, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Ready from 2021 to 2022. From 2015 to 2021, Matthew held various positions at myNEXUS®, including President & Chief Operating Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Development Officer. Before that, they worked at Cigna-HealthSpring as the Sr. Vice President of Enterprise Operations from 2013 to 2015 and at Healthspring of Alabama as the Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2013. Further back in their career, Matthew held roles at HealthSpring as the Vice President Gulf Coast, Senior Network Operations Administrator, and Network Operations Administrator from 2006 to 2012. Matthew also worked at AIM Healthcare as a Regional Director, Assistant Regional Director, and Regional Account Manager from 2001 to 2006.

Matthew Chance attended Lipscomb University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology.
