Scott Vasey

Scott Vasey has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Scott currently serves as the President of Home Health, Hospice, and DME at HarmonyCares. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Network Management at AmeriHealth Caritas. Before that, they held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at myNEXUS®, where they were responsible for provider network development, credentialing, and new business development.

Scott also served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at Visiting Nurse Service of New York, where they oversaw strategic planning. Scott Vasey has experience in delivery system strategy and management, having worked as the Senior Vice President of Delivery System Strategy and Management at Health Republic Insurance of New York.

Additionally, Scott Vasey worked at Optum, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Risk, Quality, and Network Solutions, and Associate Vice President of Quality and Affordability. In these positions, they led engagements with payer and provider organizations, designed strategic roadmaps, and implemented organizational capabilities.

Earlier in their career, Scott Vasey worked at UPMC as the Manager of Network and Vendor Relations. Scott was responsible for developing and managing provider contracts, handling contract negotiations, and managing provider relations.

Scott Vasey has completed graduate work in Social Work and Legal Studies at the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice, Psychology, and Public Health, as well as pursued post graduate work at the same institution.
