Shannon Adams has a comprehensive work experience spanning over many years. Shannon has held various management positions in different companies, specializing in customer experience and marketing. Most recently, Shannon Adams worked at HarmonyCares as the SVP of Patient Acquisition and Experience. Prior to that, they served as the SVP of Marketing and Experience at Honest Medical Group and as the VP of Marketing at Evergreen Nephrology. Shannon has also worked at Cigna and Cigna-HealthSpring, where they held multiple roles such as Head of Stars and Customer Engagement, VP of Customer and Employee Experience, and Director of Customer Retention and Stars Analytics. Shannon Adams completed a B.A. degree in Sociology and Political Science at Western Kentucky University from 2001 to 2002. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2008, Adams pursued a Master's degree in Social Science Research at Vanderbilt University.
