Varun Kumar, MD FACP, currently serves as the Regional Medical Director at HarmonyCares, leading over 50 providers in a home-based primary care model across Texas and Washington, with a focus on improving clinical outcomes and optimizing cost of care. Previous roles include Vice President/Medical Director for Quality and Member Experience at SCAN, Medical Director of Inpatient Services for Methodist ACO at Houston Methodist, and Co-Founder/CEO of Roxie Health, which targets fall prevention among seniors. Additional experience includes consulting with Devoted Health and participating in a biodesign fellowship at Texas Medical Center.
