Phim Gilberry, MBA

Phim Gilberry, MBA has a diverse work experience in different industries. In 2014, Phim joined Sentara Healthcare as a Team Leader and successfully fulfilled this role until May 2017. Following this, Phim started Passion Travel Services in May 2017 and served as the Travel Director/Owner. Currently, Phim works as a Human Resource Administrator at HarmonyTech, a position held since July 2020. In this role, Phim handles various HR responsibilities, including recruitment, benefits, employee engagement, talent development, and employee relations. Phim also acts as a liaison between different HR teams and managers, conducts applicant screens, and ensures the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.

Phim Gilberry completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Mary Washington, where they studied from 2010 to 2012.
