Katelyn Rettig has a diverse background in Human Resources, starting as a Camp Counselor at Camp Agawak for Girls and working their way up to the position of Human Resources Manager at Harness Energy, LLC. Katelyn has experience in creating and maintaining systems, policies, and procedures for organizations, as well as training and development, compliance, employee relations, and more. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Katelyn brings a strong educational foundation to their HR roles.
