Caroline Lukins

Caroline Lukins has a diverse professional background, beginning with their role as an Architectural Intern at Platt Byard Dovell White in 2013. Caroline then held the position of Architecture Department Assistant at Columbia University in 2009 and Varsity Athlete on the Columbia University Women's Swim Team from 2009-2014. In 2014, they took on the role of Assistant Women's Swim Coach at Columbia University in the City of New York.

In 2015, Lukins became a UX/Product Designer at BetterCompany, where they collaborated with the CEO, designers, and development team to launch an iOS and Android app. Caroline also held the role of Studio Design Assistant at Francis Bitonti Studio, where they designed 3D printed forms from algorithms.

In 2017, Lukins was Co-Founder of CAMPO, and also worked as a Freelance Designer as a User Experience Consultant. Caroline then took on the role of Head of Design at Coral & Wallace, where they led a company-wide rebrand in an 8 week timeframe.

In 2018, Lukins joined Birchbox as a Senior Product Designer, where they built a library of customer insights and managed the 360-customer experience. Caroline also led communication of global design proposals to product, cross-team partners and leadership.

Currently, Lukins is the Director of Design and Senior Product Designer at Harness Wealth.

Caroline Lukins attended Columbia University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Architecture. Caroline then attended General Assembly in 2014 and 2015 for Front-End Web Development, and again in 2016 for User Experience Design.
