Aj Pahl

AJ Pahl is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Sales Engineer at Harness since May 2025, AJ also founded and leads Bespin Engineering. Previously, AJ was the Director of Solutions Engineering for the Americas at Docker, Inc. and held multiple key positions at Elastic, contributing significantly to the development of solutions architecture. Prior experience includes leadership roles at First Data Corporation, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Snap Appliance, as well as foundational work as a Senior Unix Systems Administrator at CDI Information Systems. AJ began a distinguished career as a Combat Engineer and Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
