Alex Valentine

Alex Valentine has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They began their career as a Web Developer at US Netway in 1997 and later worked as a Web Developer at Electronic Catalog Design from 1996 to 1998. In 2002, Alex became a Java Developer at Pennsylvania State University and worked there until 2006. They then joined Afilias as a UNIX Systems Administrator from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2010, Alex worked in Datacenter Automation at Susquehanna International Group. In 2010, they transitioned to BMC Software as a Sr. Pre-Sales Consultant and remained there until 2014.

In 2014, Alex joined AppDynamics as a Sr. Sales Engineer and later became a Team Lead. Their tenure at AppDynamics lasted from 2014 to 2018. Most recently, Alex worked at Harness, starting as a Sr. Sales Engineer from 2018 to 2019. They then progressed to the role of Sales Engineering Manager from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, Alex served as a Sales Engineering Director for NA East, EMEA, and LATAM. Subsequently, they became the Sales Engineering Director for the Americas and EMEA from 2021 to 2022. Alex's current position is Sr. Director of Global Enterprise Sales Engineering at Harness, starting in February 2022.
