Brentt Smith

Brentt Smith is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in the development and maintenance of Software as a Service platforms. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Harness since June 2024, Brentt continues work on a Feature Flag Delivery Platform following the acquisition of Split, Inc. where Brentt held the position of Senior Software Engineer from November 2021 to June 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Java Programmer at Gordon Food Service, where Brentt applied SAFe Agile practices to create various customer-focused applications, and a Web Developer position at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, developing secure web applications for faculty and students. Previous roles include web development at Compuware and APCapital, along with supervisory and technical support positions at Electronic Data Systems.
