Derek Mlaker

Derek Mlaker is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in large enterprise sales and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Large Enterprise Sales Manager at Harness since May 2023, Derek previously held the position of Head of Enterprise Sales at Climate Club from October 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, Derek was Sales Director - Enterprise at Medallia, a leader in Customer Experience Management, from August 2018 to July 2022, and worked at Oracle as a CX/Cloud Application Sales Manager from July 2016 to August 2018. Derek's earlier experience includes roles at Reflektion, Groupon, Valpak, Camp America, and Walt Disney World. Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has also studied at UCL.
