Diego Pereira

Diego Pereira has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Diego is currently working as an Enterprise Sales Engineer at Harness, where they help companies in LATAM simplify their CI/CD process, manage their security scanners, and increase application reliability. Diego is proficient in various programming languages and works with both cloud-native and traditional tech stacks.

Prior to joining Harness, Diego worked as a Sales Engineer at the same company, where they focused on helping companies in the US and LATAM simplify their CI/CD process and implement feature flags for release management.

Before their time at Harness, Diego worked at AppDynamics as a Senior Sales Engineer, helping customers discover pain points and demonstrating how AppDynamics can solve them. Diego also provided support to active customers and collaborated with the sales team.

Diego has also had experience working at Itau Unibanco as a Senior IT Application Analyst, where they were involved in application performance monitoring projects and utilized tools like AppDynamics and Splunk for performance analysis.

Prior to that, they worked at BM&FBOVESPA as a Senior Application Analyst and at CPM Braxis Capgemini as a Full Application Analyst, where they were responsible for support, management, and customization of IT tools.

Diego's career began at Novtis do Brasil as a Junior Support Analyst and at Assistec Informática LTDA as a Computer Hardware Engineer.

Throughout their career, Diego has developed a strong technical skillset in areas such as application monitoring, performance analysis, and software development. Diego has also gained expertise in various programming languages and both cloud-native and traditional tech stacks.

Diego Pereira completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Big Data (Data Science) from FIAP, from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Santa Cecília, graduating between 2006 and 2010. Moreover, they obtained the certification of Software Delivery Foundations Associate from Harness in August 2022.
