Ian Casella currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Harness, overseeing the scaling of a high-performing sales organization since May 2025. Prior to this, Ian held various roles at OutSystems from January 2018 to May 2025, where responsibilities spanned from Sales Director for the US East Private Sector to Regional Sales Director, achieving remarkable success such as leading the #1 NARR region in the US and building a $50MM ARR region. Ian's earlier experience includes key positions at ZeroTurnaround, contributing to significant revenue growth and a transition to a consultative sales approach. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Gettysburg College and is a distinguished alumnus of Avon Old Farms School.
