Konr Ness

Konr Ness has extensive experience in the field of technology, with a focus on software engineering, solutions architecture, and leadership roles.

Konr is currently working at Harness as a Senior Solutions Engineer (Enterprise), where they help organizations deliver software efficiently through AI/ML techniques. Konr has been recognized as a recipient of the 2021 President's Club award.

Prior to their current position, Konr worked at AppDynamics as a Solutions Architect and Senior Sales Engineer. In these roles, they provided technical leadership and consulting to ensure successful pre-sales execution in the Northern US and Canada regions. Konr also played a key role in product development and customer engagement.

Before joining AppDynamics, they held various roles at The Nerdery, including Principal Software Engineer, Lead Principal Software Engineer, and Senior Programmer/Analyst. Konr was responsible for leading software engineering teams, architecting complex systems, and mentoring other developers.

Outside of their tech career, Konr served as the Bass Player for Chris Brooks & The Silver City Boys, a country rock band based in Minnesota. Konr also worked as a Web Developer at FrozenBlues Media and owned their own web development business, Ness Multimedia.

Earlier in their career, Konr gained experience as a Warehouse Manager at Crown Warehouse and Delivery Service, a Help Desk Specialist at Target, and an IT Manager at Northland Inn.

Throughout their work experience, Konr has been recognized for their expertise and contributions, including being named Employee of the Year at Northland Inn in 2001.

Konr Ness started their education journey in 1997 at Park Center Senior High School, where they completed their secondary education. In 1998, they enrolled at North Hennepin Community College and pursued an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science, which they successfully obtained in 2002. In 2003, Konr attended TechSkills and gained a certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) in networking. Moreover, they acquired two additional certifications in their professional career: Harness Administration in May 2021 and Software Delivery Foundations Associate in July 2022, both from Harness.
