Mohit Garg

Mohit Garg has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Mohit is currently working at Harness as a Staff Software Engineer, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Harness from November 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Harness, Mohit worked at Grab as a Senior Software Engineer, starting in October 2019 and leaving in November 2020. During their time at Grab, they played a key role in the User-Services team in OVO (GrabPay Indonesia), where they handled legacy systems and made significant contributions to tasks related to user authentication and authorization. Mohit independently revamped the User PIN Management service and redesigned the user registration flow while applying best design principles. Mohit also took several tech initiatives, such as designing a PII data logging framework and an API rate limiter framework from scratch, and they actively worked on finding and fixing tech flaws in legacy services.

Prior to Grab, Mohit worked as a Software Engineer, Backend at Grab from September 2018 to September 2019.

Before their tenure at Grab, Mohit gained experience as a Senior Engineer at Samsung Semiconductor India R&D from July 2017 to September 2018.

Mohit began their professional journey as a Software Backend Developer Intern at Vidyamandir Classes Pvt. Ltd. from November 2016 to January 2017.

Mohit Garg pursued their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology. Mohit successfully completed their education in this field from the year 2013 to 2017.
