Pranay Kaikini

Pranay Kaikini has held various roles in product management and development throughout their career. Pranay is currently the Director of Product at Harness, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Product Manager for Glue and Lake Formation from 2019 to 2020. Pranay also has experience at SAP Ariba, where they were responsible for building and managing the Ariba Guided Buying product from 2013 to 2019. Pranay worked at RiseSmart as an MBA intern in 2015, and at SAP in various roles including Solution Architect, Technical Product Owner, and Consulting from 2008 to 2013. Pranay also worked at Aruba Networks as a SAP Senior Techno Functional Consultant in 2007 and at SAP as a Principal Software Engineer and Engineering Manager from 2005 to 2007. Pranay began their career as a Senior Developer at NTT DATA from 2002 to 2005. Overall, Pranay has a strong background in product management and development, with experience in leading projects, engaging with stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes.

Pranay Kaikini has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in General Management, Strategy, and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. In terms of additional certifications, Pranay obtained a UX Design certification from Springboard in May 2017, and a Product Management Certification (Foundation, Focus, Build) from Pragmatic Marketing in February 2015. Pranay also holds a SAP Certified Development Architect certification from SAP, obtained in 2012. Additionally, Pranay has a certification in SAP ABAP from SAP, although the specific date of acquisition is unknown.
