Thomas Garrity is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in solutions engineering and sales leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Engineering for Harness since June 2024, Garrity previously held the role of Vice President of Solutions Engineering at Split, which was acquired by Harness, from January 2018 to June 2024. Additional experience includes senior leadership positions at 1E, VMware, and various roles at Symantec and VERITAS Software, where Garrity consistently drove sales growth and team expansion.
